Warehouse Manager

Evolve Talent is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a fast-growing modular building company. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations – from inventory control and logistics to team leadership and WHS compliance.

About the Role:

You will lead the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered to align with project timelines. Your focus on efficiency, safety, and communication will directly support the production and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse functions – receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory
• Oversee stock control systems to support project deadlines
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of warehouse staff and forklift operators
• Maintain and enforce WHS policies and site safety procedures
• Collaborate with procurement, site teams, and project managers to coordinate material needs
• Drive process improvements to improve warehouse efficiency and organisation

About You:

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role (modular or construction industry preferred)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to read construction plans or material schedules (preferred)
• Strong WHS knowledge and safety-first mindset
• Positive attitude and commitment to a long-term role
